Overseas orders and shipping
Instructions for ordering products from overseas
Plum of London currently ship items within the UK free of charge and we are happy to ship alpaca products overseas. To successfully place an order from overseas please add the relevant shipping surcharge:
Need help with overseas ordering?
1. Browse the shop and add the items you desire to your basket; there is no charge for this.
2. When you have finished shopping return to this page and then add the appropriate shipping surcharge to your basket by clicking on one of the buttons above; either £7.05 for delivery within the EU or £14.05 for international delivery.
3. When you have added the relevant shipping charge you can check out and pay for your order securely by card or with your PayPal account.
4. If you have already placed an order from overseas but forgot to add the correct shipping surcharge at the time, all you need to do is click on the relevant button above and purchase the shipping separately (at which point we can complete your earlier order).
